However, there is no option for keeping the files in the source folder. If you want to that, you'll need to copy them manually.

There are some options in regard to changing the output format. You can choose the default format, PDF, an image format or a text format. Another nice available option is that you can merge the sheets of the XLS document when converting.

The conversion process takes quite a while, and I tested it with several documents. For some reason I kept receiving errors for 97-2003 XLS documents. When I tried the converter with some newer Excel formats, it worked just fine and without any problems. The final result looked good and it didn't have any mismatches.

Overall, office Convert Excel to Pdf is a good tool for converting Excel files to PDF. The only thing that bothered me is that it isn't compatible with Apache Open Office, only with MS office.
